How do I:
  • 'Make an Entrance' at a special event?  Tambourines can make an unusual hat, for that special occasion.
  • Use my Discount Code?  If you have a Discount Code, make your selections and  when you are satisfied that you have spent too much money, click the CHECK OUT button.  On the Checkout page, type the Discount Code into the box on the right hand side of the page and watch the total reduce.
    • Get the best Shipping / Postage Rates?  We're not interested in trying to make more money by stinging you for excessive P&P charges and we always aim to find you the best Shipping Rate for every order you place with us.  However, automatically applying the best Shipping Rate at Checkout is sometimes difficult and we do sometimes make mistakes!  If the rate you are quoted at Checkout is wrong PLEASE contact us and let us know.
    • We ship World-wide.   If you do not live within the United Kingdom, please contact us and we will be pleased to confirm shipping charges for any items you may wish to buy.
    • Collect my purchases?  When you CHECK OUT, unless you choose the 'Collect from Brick House Farm' option , we will post your order up to 750g by Royal Mail 1st Class post.  For all orders heavier than 750g, we will select the most cost effective Courier or Postal service to minimise your costs.
    • Get my order 'Yesterday'?  This is not always possible.  We will do our best to get your order shipped within 48 hours.  If you need anything more quickly, either call or email us to discuss your specific requirements.  Faster deliveries may be possible for a small additional charge.
    • Change my mind?  If you purchase something in error and tell us before we ship, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund - no questions asked.  If we have shipped your order and you tell us within 30-days, simply re-package the unwanted items including a copy of your Invoice and send therm back to us at:
